Health & Fitness Bullet Journal Tracker Inspiration

Hey guys! Now that we’re in February, I have a feeling a lot of people have already started to forget about New Year’s Resolutions. I don’t necessarily set resolutions, but I do map my goals for each year. This year I’m using Level 10 Life for my goal tracking. There is a health and fitness category that I set several goals in. So, for those of us who need a little inspiration or encouragement, I have some bullet journal spreads to help you keep up with healthy habits!

Master Grocery List

This is a spread from my old journal, but this would be a great way to keep yourself on track at the grocery store. Check out my post explaining it.

Dinner Ideas Page

This is something new I’m trying this year. I get into food ruts and I end up making the same meals over and over, or worse we end up getting food from somewhere. I have this page at the beginning of my journal and whenever I come across a recipe that looks good, I can add it here! I’m a lot more likely to look at this page, than to scroll through my entire Pinterest food board.

Meal Planner

This spread is similar to the dinner idea list, but it’s to plan your meals for a whole month. I didn’t assign meals to specific days, but I just put the meals I knew I wanted to make each week. It helps me when I’m making my grocery list for the store.

Workout Tracker

This workout tracker spread is to keep track of the exact workout you did and how long you did it. It’s so satisfying to look back on at the end of them month when it’s filled in!

Activity Tracker

Another option for tracking workouts is this activity tracker from WellElla! It’s great if you typically stick to the same exercises and you can just color code instead of writing it out each time.

Weight Loss Tracker

This weight loss tracker from @bulletwithchristine is an easy way to keep up with your weight throughout the month.

Weight Loss Graph

Another option for a weight loss tracker, is this graph from @allorasbujo. It’s good if you’re a visual person and want to see you weight actually decreasing instead of looking at the number.

Basically, your bullet journal is an amazing tool to help you on any health and fitness journey. You can make trackers and spreads that cater to your needs. I think holding yourself accountable is the most important step in getting healthy habits to stick!
