Bullet Journal for Bloggers

I’ve been blogging for almost 6 months now, so I am by no means an expert, but I do know how important organization is when it comes to maintaining a blog. Up until this point I tried to keep up with my blog in my bullet journal, but that didn’t always work. Since I like to post pictures of my bullet journal on my Instagram, I didn’t always want to give spoilers for upcoming blog posts. I decided to use the Leuchtturm1917 that I picked up a couple months ago as a dedicated blog bullet journal.

This bullet journal is going to be super minimalist because it’s all about function and productivity for my blog. I don’t want setting up each month to take too much time because that could be time spent on my blog.

Blog and Social Media Stats

I wanted a page to be able to track all my blog and social media stats for the year. This will let me easily compare month to month my performance and progress.

Usernames & Passwords

With a blog comes a million different account usernames and passwords. This page will help me keep track of them all in one place, with room to add more.

Expenses & Income

This page is for my expenses and income. Since my goal for the year was to earn back what I spent on the blog I wanted it to be on the same page so I can keep track on how I’m doing.

Blog and Social Media Calendar

Each month I’m going to make an “editorial” calendar where I can plan out my blog and Instagram posts. I have a bad habit of just posting when I feel like it so I think this will help me figure out a more solid schedule and stick to it. I’ll write my Instagram posts in one color and blog posts in another color.

Brain Dump

Instead of making a more structured planning page for the month, I decided to just make a brain dump page. This will be where I can write notes about blog ideas, test out pens, etc.

I’m sure as I start to use this I’ll find more ways to make it useful. How do y’all keep track of everything involving your blog?
