The end of March and the beginning of April has been so crazy with our move. I wasn’t able to fully set-up the month of April like I typically do, but I was still able to make a monthly and weekly spreads. That’s the good thing about bullet journaling is that it can be however you need it for the month. Some people think bullet journals are too time consuming, but you just make adjustments to how much time you have to dedicate. So this month I never finished my cover page, and that’s okay. My bullet journal is not only to look pretty on Instagram, it’s to help my organize my life and stay productive.
So my “theme” for the month is a mix-up of some of my favorite things, which includes The Office and cats. My plan was to have my cover page full of doodles from The Office, cats, iced coffee, etc. But instead for my monthly spread I used some cat stickers from Leeniale Etsy shop and drew the birthday banner from Jim and Dwight’s birthday party for Kelly.
P.S. If you’re looking for some good stickers for your journal, you should definitely check on Leeniale on Etsy. She has some of the cutest stickers ever, and she’s always adding new designs! I also have the Drinks of Me and Go Travel sticker sets. Stickers are a great way to make a cute spread when you’re short on time or if you’re not the best at doodles!h
I decided to simplify this month even further and instead of having a habit tracker page, I included my habit trackers in my weekly spread. I find that I’m more likely to remember to fill them in when I see them every time I look at my weekly.
I also included a weekly to-do list, shopping list, and notes section. I love this layout right now because it’s so easy to keep track of what’s going on. We’ve been needing/buying a bunch of new things for our house so I’ve definitely been getting good use out of my shopping list.
Well that’s it for me for April! We have a lot of fun things on the calendar. Next up is my 24th birthday! We’ll be spending the weekend in Austin, TX and I can’t wait! We went last summer and loved it, but if y’all have any recommendations on things to do/eat let me know in the comments!
