Stationery Wishlist

My name is Rae, and I am a stationery addict. It’s a serious problem that’s been going on my whole life, that’s only been made worse by bullet journaling. And I have a feeling some of you might suffer from the same problem. I’m always online shopping for new things to add to my collection. So I decided to make a spread in my bullet journal of the top stationery items on my wish list (that should be on YOUR wish list too).

Zebra Mildliners

These mild liners (aka mild highlighters) are crazy popular in the bullet journal community, but somehow I’ve never managed to get my hands on any before. They’re dual tip, with a chisel on one side (to highlight) and a pen tip on the other (to write). They’re also relatively inexpensive and come in a bunch of pretty colors. They’ll probably be in my next Amazon order.

Stabilo Boss Highlighters

These are another popular highlighter choice. I love the way they look and they also come in some pretty colors.

Tombow Colored Pencils

Back when I took art classes in high school, we used Prismacolor colored pencils, and I loved them. I actually still love them, but I’ve just about used all of mine up. I don’t really reach for colored pencils when I’m making bullet journal spreads, but it’s nice to switch things up sometimes. These Tombow colored pencils have really been calling my name. I love the way they look and they come in some beautiful colors.

Windsor Newton Watercolors

Right now I only use my Tombow Dual Brush Pens for watercolor, but I’d like that start using some real, quality watercolors. Winsor & Newton seems to be like the go-to brand for a lot of artists.

HP Sprocket Printer

So this one isn’t technically stationery, but it’s definitely an item to use in your bullet journal. It prints photos from your phone onto 2×3 sticky photo paper. You don’t have to worry about ink because the photo paper is all you need. Now there’s some questionable reviews about the quality of the prints, but I think I could overlook it for the convenience of printing a picture for my bullet journal whenever I want. They recently came out with a second generation so the quality might have gotten better, but some places still have the original available for discounted prices.

TWSBI Diamond Fountain Pen

I have been wanting to upgrade to a nicer fountain, and this one has a lot of good reviews and I love the clear barrel.

Finetec Metallic Watercolors

This is something I have been wanting FOREVER. I even got a cheaper version that I thought would be just as good, but it’s nothing like what I’ve seen from these. They look so metallicy and pigmented. And now that I have a bullet journal that can handle watercolor, I’m really going to need to get them.

So those are just a few things that I’ve found myself wanting for awhile now. Hopefully I’ll be able to check some off pretty soon. Do y’all have any of these items? Are they worth it? And if not, what’s on your wish list that I need on mine?
