I am so excited to be sharing today’s post with y’all! I finally have a little home office! I’ve had the space in one of my extra rooms, but I never created an office space. I don’t know what took me so long because I am in LOVE with the results. It’s such a happy little space for me to work in my bullet journal, create art, and even work on my blog! I’m going to walk y’all through all the details, and what I think about certain pieces so far.

The desk is what started it all. I asked for this desk from Taylor for Christmas. I wanted something with a lot of surface area to work on, but I didn’t care about storage space. The best part? There was no assembly! This desk works like a folding table, but way sturdier. I’m actually really impressed with the quality for the price, and it’s exactly what I wanted!
The next most important thing was the CHAIR! I knew I wanted something cute, but also comfortable. I had a pretty specific picture in mind, and this one fit the bill! It’s super cute, and it’s comfortable without being huge.
The rug looked whiter in the pictures, but it still works to lighten up the area. It’ll probably be better in the long run because of my pets walking on it. It’s pretty soft too!
The wire wall grid was the first piece of decor that I knew I wanted. I pretty much based everything else around that. I love this one because of the leather straps! They help tie in the chair. I was worried it would be flimsy and look cheap, but it’s surprisingly sturdy and it looks great!
Taylor actually picked out the lamp, white board, felt board, and pencil cup! He totally nailed it because it fit my look perfectly.
To personalize the space I hung up several photos, our wedding invite, some pins, cards, etc. I’m sure I’ll update and change out what’s hanging up, but that’s what I love about this set up!
I’m totally loving having a dedicated office space now, and I love how it turned out. I’m sure I’ll create many bullet journal spreads (among other things) at this desk!
