- King Cake- King Cake is always a favorite this time of year. And this year Mardi Gras isn’t until March so it’s even more time to eat as much as possible! But really, we’re trying to pace ourselves over here and this was our first one.
- iPad Pro and Apple Pencil- I am so excited about this purchase! My husband actually got this for me on a whim over the long weekend after hearing me talk about it for a few months now. So far I’m loving it. I haven’t done much with it yet other than download the Proceate App and work on the blog, but so far I have no complaints.
- Bluetooth keyboard- I got a bluetooth keyboard to connect to the iPad for typing blog posts. I’m typing on it right now, and it’s working great. The connection seems strong and the quality is good. Oh, and it was about $110 CHEAPER than Apple’s keyboard.
- Guardians of the Galaxy- Okay so we’re pretty late in the game to all of the Marvel movies, but we’ve been working our way through them. This week we watched both of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies and two of the Thor movies. They are so funny. I’m sure y’all have probably seen them by now, but if you haven’t add them to your list! Even if you’re not typically a fan of superhero movies, these are so funny and different.
- Cold Brew Coffee- For awhile I stopped getting coffee drinks (after getting one almost every day for way too long), but recently I’ve been treating myself. I like either Starbucks or CC’s (local-ish coffee shop). And I know what you’re thinking, isn’t it freezing everywhere right now? Well, yes. Now it is, but our week started at nearly 70 degrees and then dropped to lows in the 30s. So I’ll probably be switching over to hot coffee or tea for awhile.
