The first week of January is already coming to an end! It was a good one. Here’s some of my favorites from the week.
- New Years is always a fun time and a fresh start. 2019 is off the a good start! I launched this blog on January 1st and I’m excited to see where it will take me.
- The new year also means a new bullet journal. I have been loving my Archer and Olive notebook and all the new spreads. It’s amazing how a new notebook can have such a different vibe. I’ve been feeling very inspired to try out different layouts and supplies.
- We have been pretty much addicted to Hi-Chews lately. Have y’all ever had them? They’re kind of like a starburst, but different.
- CYO Lifeproof foundation has been my FAVORITE this week. It’s full-coverage, dewy finish, and comes in a shade light enough for my fair skin. And the best part is it’s only $6. The only bad news is you can really only find it on Walgreens website and the lighter shades tend to sell out.
- I got a pack of the Tombow Dual Brush Pastels for Christmas and I’ve really been enjoying using them. I’ve mostly used them as watercolors so far and they haven’t disappointed.
- Pentel Aquash Water Brush: This is something I’ve had for quite awhile but never really used. Lately I’ve been really esperimenting with it. It makes watercolor so much easier than having to get a cup of water and and multiple brushes.
